Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

# i6 H- g2 J! X* c% u, |1 dMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.$ v. u9 e6 `. i' V
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.7 m1 @; Y4 N n7 H2 s! {2 ]7 l. P
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
