As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

N2 O4 j m; E! nCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
# @. B6 q5 S y1 \: y9 R1 lMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.! R- [' [/ D Q) m: d$ F7 R

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
8 ~0 J1 G8 F' M! cSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
% C0 @+ B9 y' r2 `* G; a# p8 eConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
~# x$ d% A- a% VPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required." b# r, H4 ?# Z8 f% b
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
