As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Required:

, l7 C9 U4 Y" G2 m4 s6 aAny experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Financial

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
) m) j6 }* g, ~ ]/ L* bCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
" W; A5 W8 K- W& KMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.8 z ^0 ]- U0 s: K& t2 d

Maintenance
3 C0 X/ V [4 CPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.2 b1 u8 J$ n4 r; u
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.1 y8 Z+ @) y( I9 R
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
! D7 Z( X0 e3 Q# M0 a1 u f/ CSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.3 N" P- s+ V, b3 M
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
D6 k5 f1 u2 V% YPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
3 {7 P" i0 R9 g3 TEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
