As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.# L) c3 K: D3 V4 ]
Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
# c, ]( R- ], U, X& cCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
" x$ @& |6 U8 u4 q0 U) y2 mMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.2 C7 u" N v5 w* B
, Y; g$ z$ W! |. M1 N1 }6 Q# a0 cMaintenance! ~: u* F, U$ b, o7 b1 N8 T# j8 \9 `6 u
Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
# K5 p# k* q% l& R: E2 m* BMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities./ A# f, O' ?! ?* y& [
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
4 ], L% f! t( v. a! r8 rSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
& ?3 g$ J* k7 H* |7 VConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
- X3 z3 ^! d( g1 b) y2 gPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
. u3 x3 f+ \3 k( s9 j" k1 K9 O. REnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
