The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Loads and unloads non-ferrous material) A2 F& E5 M3 X v+ m
Must be able to work safely at all times5 S: g/ M% t. j2 _0 n, Q- w
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently; b" z0 H4 M5 W! \2 q
Performs routine housekeeping.7 s6 W1 H7 P3 z4 W$ l' g+ C
Observes and reports any safety issues: I) ?2 M8 X; F1 J

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
