The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.! A- g% [1 F: z9 C

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
$ {; y9 `) f; | i: E* S2 JInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
+ e0 }- ~5 h) i# Y1 J% ALoads and unloads non-ferrous material

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing7 S# @3 x/ ?9 V3 s/ @( P/ ^4 @
High school diploma (Or GED)2 Y& ?# x, x& r( s
Well-articulated and assertive% a& @% _* c* w: t7 j. }
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization1 e6 `' |& p% }2 g+ {
