The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Write and post advertising for various job vacancies. S0 i: H" Q4 U0 s0 m) \& g3 V
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
4 c7 H! P, }; ~: A1 E2 Y, VManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
2 m8 @5 ~5 p/ gOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
& N! y1 o3 k) \: e6 I8 sEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
) S5 K; I, N5 U0 A0 O$ iConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.8 [4 }) Q9 Y5 m$ G
