The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

/ g! ~; S: M2 m3 rCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments! Z1 K4 q& t( m Y8 p3 o3 T8 k
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
% _$ Z' l' e# N3 _, Q5 Y- }& pAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines r3 }9 l- m! i- |! e: L. ]- e
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;- D6 A3 v( u# [) Q! ]$ ]4 q
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
4 K( s* ^. d( A9 ?# v1 EEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
! D3 K8 E! _! ?# F: n; rConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.+ f9 y! ?% b) h4 T
Conduct all work within established time standards;
