Trying to answer your answers,

, L- ^; K, z) s7 E/ P6 r# `Both of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights./ D! ]2 Q1 m- o: n! z0 _2 j
7 v6 u1 q; f/ ^3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.
