The Icon Towers are a complex of two residential towers in downtown Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

The condo has perfect location. The LRT station and Bus station is less than 1 minute by walking. You barely need to go out to go to city centre . From where we live , you have a wonderful cafe 1 step away , hair salon 2 steps away, restaurant 4steps away ,an organic supermarket 5 steps away. We also have farmer market right in front of our condo every Saturday during summer. We are living on 11th floor 2 bed room unit .so it is very quiet and we only have 6 units on each floor. Now we are looking for a roommate who would like to live in the master room which includes a private bathroom and a private closet , $700 including all the utilities , internet fee need to be shared . We have laundry room inside our unit and two bathrooms . There is a queen size bed with two side tables, table ,chair, bowls ,plates ,cooking pans , kettle , and spices for cooking. You can keep of all them if you like with additional $100 .
