知道要和邻居分担， 可是所有事情我一个人先预约，那建篱笆墙的 水电费 怎么算？有个公司说要我先打 Canada one call的电话 做个记号看用了多少水电？ 请问你们有简单的方法么？

水电也要计，不至于把，大方一点承担了算了。。实在觉得不公平你就收个20，40的了不得了。。
