卖房 deck， fence survey

买来新房， 做了 fence 和 deck。卖的时候是不是要做 survey 和 政府批准？ 大家有没有 survey 公司推荐， 谢谢。

Not including permit fee.  
$ m/ E: t/ r- s# T7 F) m% jI only got the contractor to build the fence only, which doesn't require any permit.

4 c( S: C- F, XDo you have walk out basement? If the deck is within certain limit (not walk out), I don't think you need a building permit.
Call 311 or check the city website to make sure.

我记得买方也可以叫对方 买 title insurance的，如果没有最新的RPR
