卖房 deck， fence survey

买来新房， 做了 fence 和 deck。卖的时候是不是要做 survey 和 政府批准？ 大家有没有 survey 公司推荐， 谢谢。

Not including permit fee.  
! j/ M- Z1 ]5 _, }5 a2 VI only got the contractor to build the fence only, which doesn't require any permit.

  w$ I% t/ V6 d( X' g" o; E" H2 `Do you have walk out basement? If the deck is within certain limit (not walk out), I don't think you need a building permit.
Call 311 or check the city website to make sure.
