I have been looking into Windermere.5 E4 {# `0 M' h4 l: ]6 w- l
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.& D0 b% O' j- W3 w- }1 B- y

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.% b; s0 J3 V3 X$ h; t
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
7 X- s' o9 o; v1 p3 |) RThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.6 Z* X3 d+ R# t* Z" W

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?# H1 A1 S6 }6 V; g
That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
