I have been looking into Windermere.3 u$ k/ _& C* {2 n7 ^$ y& u
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

7 n3 V+ E- c" ?4 n, A8 RAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
/ F7 L# b7 J6 j. ?3 L# a; VJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.$ \3 }3 N8 z0 F. ?" e" g1 n) e
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.: p# Z0 O3 q( ~7 I8 _3 P' r7 M7 g

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.+ ~! J/ t# B) Q v7 v) T1 l

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.* E' p; _4 w* P2 V1 `) E
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
