My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.9 d& ^* J% J5 S

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.9 H+ a/ C5 o4 Z' S# S2 i8 i
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.& W/ l( R& p1 L2 a$ D" ^
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.1 [4 C4 B& X" O! J4 @0 [( m# l

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
