I have been looking into Windermere.3 z1 U7 z5 o$ g* x
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
; u: e7 R2 v' QJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
; }6 {, ~7 G; Z5 t& PThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
