I have been looking into Windermere.
( Y3 X0 O& B/ E" iMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

: H7 \# M( y# `% h# l' a) kAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
- p7 U9 g8 p1 ~8 S/ {3 [; F8 CJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.3 N+ v% P; {6 |0 ]& ]# ?4 z
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.- U$ e8 }1 O. O* r* I8 z, |! p& s0 B

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded. N' p+ S9 Y( N8 V, a0 V8 Y5 H$ ?* q. U

What type of housing you are looking for?
4 a8 _ |- r* H7 b PThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.' ^9 ~! g/ P9 z6 m
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.6 R& ]! W7 H+ @& @ V: L

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
