如題, 那是CONDO, 目前還在興建當中. 最快12月或1月才拿鑰匙.
$ }3 W9 J$ P7 T" r請問跟BUILDER簽合約後, 要立即找律師處理文件上的手續嗎?
: J1 L5 S% }; j6 r請問有沒有人能介紹能說中文的律師, 價廉的. 能說廣東話更佳.

builder一般会提供律师别担心，有问题上来问。大把人帮你。

Don't worry about the lawyer if you are not building a house.
& z6 q6 B, r7 d7 DThe process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders.  Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key!
It took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder.
And you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
