1.1st thing. change your home address from online banking. you will need the bank statement for proving your residency if you go to register agency for changing driver license and health card.

' k0 q* X; R' ?% b" X& s2. when you are in AB, go to your bank and ask them print a statement that shows your new home address. then take it to the register agency. In register agency, you can change your driver license, your health card. Once important thing: unlike Quebec, you automatic enroll to public prescription drug insurance plan. In AB, you HAVE TO apply Blue Cross prescription drug insurance if you don't have group insurance and you are not low income family. apply it at the same time with your health card and it will be activated on the 1st day of  the 4th month

' t3 g% ^' g7 n( Z, z3. if you bring your car to AB, ask a Out Of Province Vehicle Inspections form in the same register agency above. then go a registered autoshop for the inspection.(I got mine in "Stadium Automotive        9129 111 AveEdmonton, T5B 0C3        (780)471-2100, they charge $110 with no other extras if your car is in general good condition)

It locate in a Elementary school which is clean and good environment. and they charge only $696, if your family income is not too high, you can get subsidy from government (http://humanservices.alberta.ca/financial-support/15104.html). I paid only $150 per month

Just call your cell phone company and tell them you moved. they will charge you $20 for moving and will ask you choose a new local phone number. you can also keep your current plan with same monthly payment, in which my case is $5 cheaper then same plan in AB.
