Both days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
% W6 X, q- W8 r3 [- U( mactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend 3 T* C- k1 ] |
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday # N" U: I, ~* Y' X* Z n# U
evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in & w* K4 P7 D$ z
Hawrelak Park.

2 u9 D1 g1 v! ^3 K* S) i+ NYou will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
7 S7 M2 ?, R( |September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,
/ b, T- y9 B6 Gand then continue to meet with for the entire year./ I9 g! Q: Y/ h" e* g
5 d5 Q: G% `- V7 p+ A2 V; m' mBoth MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
- m3 ~# p1 ~8 U; ^2 U0 Y/ M. Pto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
" Y$ D; p: ^6 |% iyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your 2 Z! C" v( R9 P0 W) K. w+ c
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
% d4 \' J& N8 ^ N$ Q# t1 M, s% iyour ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
3 t4 ?( w% q# e; U' }of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
5 P) j: C y! x5 L; ^: D; VComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
A3 x' ]$ g, kInformation and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and
" H! w% d+ _9 I( @5 h* cbring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the / X* q; V( c0 |9 M1 L
two days of Orientation).' b2 [- k/ a$ z9 }" v }) F
