其实昨晚的meeting只是做做样子给公众看，回答的问题等于没回答，坚锐的问题干脆不回答，现在唯一的办法是通过法律的程序，律师己经找好了，现在主要是钱的问题，我已经捐了$100，我的一些朋友也在跟进，大家可以通过邮件的方式联系他们mypointofview@live.ca以便了解更多的信息。

  \7 B9 D; Z: H  _4 v) ~4 H是呀, 很多问题就是推脱敷衍呀,踢皮球. 说明他们就是理亏, 这么大的事情要拿到fund后才公布,显然就是想暗箱操作.

/ |9 w+ Z4 Y/ e7 d哪里有提倡捐款的了呀? 社区和房委会给我的邮件里面从来没有l提过这个是事情呀? poll 里面也只是问是否同意动用委员会经费去解决这个问题. 我填yes了,我猜可能会动用法律手段. 如果需要更多也会支持. 但是目前没有收到任何官方捐款事宜. 我给的网站目前也没有提到这些.
可否给个正式的链接关于捐款事宜?

不管用可能就得上法庭了.从 poll里面意思很有可能走法律路线. 总之支持走法律路线.
* k9 d$ s' ~) l. I: ]/ ?昨天很多提问的人明显做了很多research,连心理学家都发言了.
他们肯定不会用yes or  no 来回答问题的.

我这里一直都是社区和房委会再邮件通知各种信息, 从来没有哪个组织提过捐款事宜. 不知道你那个email是哪个组织的?

  X. v$ c$ X2 a3 W另外昨天我们去晚了, 好像到会的都发了一些资料的, 你知道发了什么吗?是否可以分享一下子. 我还看到很多车上夹了东西, 没敢去看,拍被警察误以为偷车贼.

支持直接走法律程序。这个会那个会的感觉就是给大家发泄一下，人家还是在那边打太极。如果法院给立案，至少判决下来之前他们不能开工吧。

6 W% Q* L7 ]/ S/ |# q说句公道话，为什么不能在Terwillegar建homeless house? 打官司的point是什么？如果terwillegar不能建那哪里适合建？downtown？chinatown？因为terwillegar是住宅区所以不能容纳homelesa？downtown没有住宅楼？那可不可以说downtown还要建arena更应该把homeless分散走维护城市形象？因为一个homeless housing project天天讨论没完再加集会，那downtown的人岂不是应该天天游行？不知道支持打官司的人有什么有力的point

7 @5 E$ {; Q$ Q% u) EToday was another exceptionally busy day for us and we are very excited to share with you that we have today spoken with a lawyer who is happy and eager to represent the residents. It has been a long and often times difficult experience to actually locate a lawyer who was able to. Many of those we spoke to were eager to take our case, only to find out that there was some conflict of interest preventing them from helping us. In addition to that many were also on holidays. So after an extensive search and many hours of phone calls we have finally succeeded.

8 I9 f" j4 a0 G( R# Q/ W3 \& Q/ EThe name of the firm that has accepted our case is Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer.

So, where do we proceed from here, you are wondering? Well, the next immediate step is to secure the funds needed to pay for the lawyer. I know that many of you have offered to donate to help pay for the services of a lawyer and we are now finally ready to begin accepting those donations.

2 @- r7 ^8 w+ U9 YWe want to assure you that we do not want to handle any funds without complete transparency to you, and as such we have accepted the volunteer support of a Certified General Accountant, who is also a neighbourhood resident, to take care of all of our accounting requirements. We all feel that the only way we can accept any of your donations is to make absolutely sure that you know that your trust in us, to take care of and use these funds properly, is well placed.

At this time the best way for us to accept these donations is by cash. Over the next week we are going to work very diligently at providing you with additional methods to make donations. At this time, however, it is very important that we begin fundraising immediately so that our lawyer can actually begin to work on the case.

I unfortunately am the only one currently trying to do any work on the website and, this is really unfortunate, I also have to work a full time job for a living. Yes, I know that comes as a shock ;D however, that is the compromise, I still have to pay for my house. I addition to this my internet connection is also wretchedly awful. In fact I really can't adequately express just how bad it is, but it is making updating the website virtually impossible. If you think you this is something you can help me out with, I would definitely not turn down any offers of assistance :D

, n/ |/ g# C! G" H; v- \9 D. I有律师肯接就是大好消息，如果法院真的给立案就是重大进展。这事只要能拖就行，这个项目的具体情况我不知道，但是我知道很多经费预算是有时间限制的，到时候用不了就收回去了。省里每年都是从做预算的，今年有这笔钱，明年也许就没了。如果拖的够久不能开工，没准就不了了之了。
