关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

In many cases, purchasers may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate for a portion of the GST they pay on the purchase price or cost of building a new home.

5 D" i8 X0 h# q1 e9 WNew home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).

6 b2 e. Z8 l3 }7 Y. G. t% LFor new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.

9 h( F6 f" [+ p8 y8 v/ q4 V8 fNew homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.

这边没有这个东西吧？好像就一个5000的Tax Credit
