懒得花时间和精力去税局查说明了，先这里发帖问问，看看有没有相同经验的朋友。

1，2012年身份由工作签证转成永久居民（有了枫叶卡），SIN卡号也随之改变。但所有跟税局相关的表格都是原来的旧SIN卡号。请问这个情况如何操作？

+ y& c: f8 M, ^$ ~2，第一次买房（builder手中买的新房），听说可以抵税，具体如何操作。
3 ~* n4 e: J+ h( O* o7 Z! @
9 i- R$ I: d! u+ u3，有几次国家级别的考试申请费，考试辅导费，考试费，自讨腰包类别的，是否可以作为“tuition”用来抵税或者作为其它形式的抵税？

' Z5 {! e  w8 Y' b' m( j6 l4，在2012年支付了一笔培训费，但培训时间在2013年，这笔钱要放在2012年还是2013年报税表中？

估计找个专门报税的报吧，网上回答问题的不一定专业，弄错了再纠正更麻烦，还不如一次花点儿钱省心呢。

打电话给税局了，各问题回复如下，希望有共同问题的朋友可以参考。请注意仅供参考，不负责任何带来的负面影响。

: j5 D  r1 G( h% @1，税局已经收到了SIN卡号的更新。报税按照新号码报税即可。以为我没有主动去更新，应该是从政府其它部门获得的信息。

2，在Schedule 1 中的 Line 369中放入5000刀（最大值）即可。这个钱可以放在个人名下也可以放入配偶（包含common law的partner，下同）名下，也可以分开放入两人名下，但总值不能超5000。注意，在Studio Tax软件中，不能自动转移，最好放在赚钱多的那个人名下。若全部放在配偶中赚钱少的那个名下，可能没有一点退税。个人请按照自己情况尝试不同的分配方式，以利益最大化。
% T9 x1 N: k$ R, k, Q9 O
3，所有这些都是eligible tuiton。具体信息可以去税局网站搜 Line 323。

5 G% z& U* x+ ~/ v# o; s% ^7 Y4，电话里解释应该放在2012年报税中，但也可以Carry forward到下一年。因为这笔钱可能会报销，所以今年不准备报税了，省的下一年麻烦再去更正。若不能报销，则下一年再去报税。

) l/ i0 D. ?0 O9 N4 Y我的理解是所有能够报销的 eligible  tuition fee 都需要有t2202/t2202a收据的吧, 没有这个不能算是eligiable fee吧, 即便他们说是,我觉得他们理解你是有这个收据的.
  i* z- v4 C5 Z; m# i+ |如果没有,楼主还是慎重报吧,要不在电话确认一下子.没有怎么报, 因为这个收据上很明确的写了你是full time or part time, 是几个月的. 因为这些报税的适合要填写的, 收据上写1个月,你就填写1个月, 填写4个月你就得写4个月.

You should receive, or ask for, a receipt to substantiate your eligible examination fees. Do not include the receipts when you file your income tax and benefit return. However, keep the receipts in case we ask for them to verify your claim. The receipt should contain the following information:

这里有提到必须有T2202表或者其它的表。

% x8 t; L" F$ M0 `1 x我的理解：若是考试相关的费用，只要Receipt就行，不需要T2202或者相关的表格（见引用的第一段）。T2202或者相关的表格是用来证明上学期间长度的--这个可能牵涉到固定的每月多少的书本费。考试严格来讲没有类似”上学“的”enrolment period“，所以不适合”Forms to confirm enrolment period“这一条款。
