抱着这种想法的人恐怕买不到合适的房子。全城合适购买的小区算10%,减去75%的朝向问题,再减去靠路路冲等30%,再减去60%门口部件,最后你能买的只有0.7%,还不知你是否能买的起。 & C0 m( x- {+ d% t# A4 O 9 d. p c P2 x9 T我觉得,人家老区Glenora,Belgravia那back lane电线一排一排的,房子也很贵。任何新区这些部件就不算什么了。
