我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。) _3 x' R" y8 p5 [& a8 A0 z, z

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. 1 X$ I5 v5 _8 F# S+ r4 L
! Y! R& ?8 v% N& R3 g+ d8 n3 ]For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

8 e8 L6 g8 u* y* d, I+ x, {# EFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
