我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) ) K' p" `& f! u, l
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened P2 G% a9 } D- G& m
3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

) v# g2 k: E1 E. F+ f; f) U# w7 CFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 4 ]3 N; A0 b' }+ f+ [3 ~3 W

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. % S! q) Q8 G. t: A$ e

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. Q/ d- y% ^2 `

To serve, cut into bars; top with fruit. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. |
