我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar @+ ^, U. T0 F
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) 8 X' e- {4 r8 v& S
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

3/4 cup granulated sugar
5 c! U$ w4 @& V& r- m& I4 t% z2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

6 \& m9 `- B2 wHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

$ w& V. s/ r+ l9 Z; @$ T' WFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 9 Y1 k' \+ w9 s$ Y0 l

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. " A+ {( I1 s) a, N" \

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
