打电话问了这位同胞他说是Month by month. 7 k1 Z) i; B; o0 }9 i* I, D9 oWho has same case?

6个月promotion 没变, $ 50/m for 6 months; $90/m thereafter. But that letter means you have 3 years agreement.
我总是例外么?为什么我觉得Telus的网比shaw的好?至少不用我每隔一两个月就打次电话给客服,以前用shaw经常掉线的说,外加经常多收钱( ]' H" B( a' g* K

楼主你去打客服说明一下情况吧,3年的话,你至少可以要回来一台笔记本(telus主页上有写,签三年给个笔记本)

I called Telus and a lady check it in their system and told me I don't have contract. I asked her but why I received this kind of letter? She said maybe they made mistake. And right now I got her name and work number for the reference,if something happen.
