我们家的坏过一次,老公打电话给厂家定购新的,人家建议先打开检查是不是弹簧片位置的问题,原来是我用力太大把弹簧片压死了(我没见过，不懂的如何描述)，反正老公把弹簧片位置复原就好了

If the "Button" means the one on Remote Controller, you can try to find the battery inside the Remote Controller.
In most of cases, there is a screw on the cover, sometime the screw might be covered by label. If the Top/Bottom Covers of Remote Controller are not secured by screw, then you can use fingernail or screw driver to open it.

If the "Button" means the Up/Down Switch inside Garage, then thing might be more complicated. Basically, you need to check the electric circuits by multimeter.

若是遙控器接觸不良，通常是內部接點氧化，可打開遙控器，以"接點復活劑" (或以棉花棒沾酒精代替) 清潔接點。
