我家买的二手房，据邻居说是车库门已经很老了，但是还能用，昨晚老公把靠近车库门的吊柜门忘关了，按动电钮要关车库门，半天关车库门没下来，才发现被吊柜门顶住了，好心的邻居帮忙修，怎么也关不上，但是电机是好的，门斜了，老公说看来只有换新的了，让我发个帖子请教各位达人，在哪里买，怎么换。。。

門斜了，通常是機械性卡死導致馬達無法轉動車庫門，建議先再多使點力 (或以鐵槌敲打) 將車庫門導正試試看。

门轻易不会坏！主要是轨道和门上的滑轮有问题。轨道可以校正，滑轮坏了可以去homedepot买。

其实如果真的老了，不想修了，
如果维修的费用比较昂贵，换个可能更值得。

看你的情况多半是滑轮有问题。先用人力帮助门落下来然后逐一检查两侧滑轮。

不用着急，认识几个朋友都是自己修好的。只要电机是好的，顶部的大弹簧没断，别的自己都能弄。

I am going to replace my garage door and opener in a few weeks. I will get rid of old garage door (16 feet X 7 feet, wood) and old opener (chain driver). If you want them, come to pick it up. Otherwise the installer will haul it away.
If you want to purchase a new garage door and have it installed, cost is around $1150 (J D Industry Doors) - $1300 (Barcol windows).

The garage door (Steel-craft T-12 (R 10) 16X7 no windows) costs around $800. You might be able to save the installation fee ($300 more or less) if you are a DIYer.

抱歉，不得已把这个贴子顶上来，前阵子有好心人帮忙修来着，可没几天又坏了，看来一定得换了。我们问了一下1400刀-1700刀之间，还挺贵的。
“青苹果”同学，你说的1100刀包括电机不，有空的话请给个电话吧，多谢了。

I paid $1100 to have my new garage door (Steel-craft T-12 (R 10) 16X7 no windows) installed last month.
The fee covers:
1. remove and haul away my old garage door
2. supply the new door
3. install the new door
4. hook the door with the opener

BTW, I bought a belt drive opener from Homedepot.

You did not say what your quote covered. If a belt drive opener is included, your price is not bad.

I can share the installer's information if you want.
