    * Participate in the software/component development lifecycle
    * Participate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
    * Follow the organization's software development processes including quality assurance and version control
; U4 p$ g9 z. H3 |" z# h& Q0 x8 h5 f    * Design/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.

    * Minimum 5 years employment related software development experience
. g; m& q5 M8 L, K6 p2 \, ?    * Strong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
8 U0 F# w* z+ e, M: W    * MS SQL development and administration skills
    * Excellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
    * Experience with Visual Studio
