BEST LIVING AREA IN EDMONTON

Can someone with experience send me the ranking list for best living area?
No price limit (it can be super expensive for one hourse even though it is not located in the prestigue area, and it can be not top notch pricy but it is located in the upscale area)
No Feng Shui factor (even though the location does not fit Feng Shui practice in Chinese Culture, it can be considered best living area as long as accetpable and nominated at a higher ranking living area by real estate as well as residents in general)

Glenora 更像 Vancouver 本身，都是破房子，但很贵。如果你特有钱，可以翻建。

Are those numbers address of an apartment suite? If so, most people will assure you that 81 st-127 Ave is not one of the good areas in Edmonton.

I am a bit confused. The link I attached is the luxury condo just besides University of Alberta, which is clearly marked Edmonton.
Based on your post, it sounds that I am completely wrong. Please more details.

Top new communities (lots maybe are still available) : Larch park, Mactaggart area, Windermere ridge, upper Windermere, North Windermere, Cameron heights, Seven Oaks in Callaghan.

There are more many top old coomunites mostly located along the river and ravines, as shown inside of red circle in the map. Honestly I do not think Greenfield will be the top one in Edmonton.

爱城比较安全，围墙小区比较少。我所知的只有2个。
其中一个Promontory Point 在Riverbend的Eagle Ridge西侧。环境地段不错。现在正好有一个在卖。

Don't get me wrong that I will consider buying this one. It is way too expensive. Just want to have an idea what will be the yearly taxes for such kind of house at the prestigue living area. Thanks
