2 u# |1 S3 p4 A个人理解，none confirming letter 和 none approval letter还是有区别的。如 * o. i+ f2 |/ _" H3 l) y, i1 b果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve. 6 b7 L0 P6 ?+ D Z( D2 TAfter the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If 8 j2 M9 _( }+ H: u, Lnot approving, do not buy it.
