I am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province. 7 e8 |+ X* u7 t6 u0 b" D8 Q' hI have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license. + F8 s# C1 s* N- q) R% }# o+ M
if I want to attend road test, where is the cheapest place to go(including car renting)?8 w9 D8 n8 g4 ?) p

Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true?
