西区环境很好，但有一点可能要注意。
据说在很多年前，西区有些地块是湖泊和沼泽，其土质比较软，地下水水位可能比较高。因此此地区的建筑地基要求比较高，譬如，Landmark 在很多小区采用20几尺的深桩， 很多新建房也备有应急排水措施。在该区买独立房，该房地势和排水可能要加以重视。Condo 应该没有问题。

听realtor说过leviws的土比较软，parkland没有问题，不知对不对。其实现在建的房都是验收通过的房，所以也不用担心这些吧。

( L: O# U1 s$ |2> 西靠indian保护区， 都是森林，而且将来不大可能继续向西开发了.

$ `  {, M! N; C, }+ y/ ~2 m4> 有recreation center 在建(网球场， 游泳池...)，
% x: U% b2 D" l8 H2 C4 V5> 交通比较方便 (对有车的人来说).

缺点：

2>相比西南来说不是热点地区

3.中国人比西南少。

I lived this are, it's good community. as I know even many employer of builder buy house in this area.  but seems new immigrant seldom consider this area.

新学校就在HARDY POINT大门 的正对面，进HAMPTON沿着海明威路走开车2分钟就看到。
