最近下了个offer买一个condo,是remove所有condition后close the deal,but 昨天遇到个住在我买的那个building里的邻居,告诉我前一个owner曾经故意地把整个房间用水淹了,我那个unit下面一层的天花板都影响了,+ W5 }% w* Q+ f; h+ I1 g
不晓的这种情况下我该怎么办?/ Z, H% _* A T9 ]0 w0 z
1.如果我不想要这个房子了,可不可以因为对方刻意隐瞒了这个事实而拿回我的押金。8 n( H- v3 E% U& j2 b
2.如果我还是要这个房子,以后所有的整修的费用,包括楼下那家住户的整修费用该谁出呢?而且问题是,前个owner已经破产了,这房子是银行收回来的。) l. R" c, A( ~* G& ]
