院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

1 cup water 250 ml % \# r) g% t3 C3 v8 }$ c
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
3 L9 \( g7 o$ \! p! f" I r' y2 Y1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 6 E$ z1 w% A3 ]: y2 k6 U
juice of 1 lemon* 1 3 b! {; P' }2 R z1 V( _' h" g5 d
8 `, H+ [4 ]. o, z# pPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
