院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享8 X, r3 K# A: i( ^/ f

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 6 `) a( O9 C, ]$ n9 s6 b0 ~5 `. ]

1 cup water 250 ml 2 [0 s" o* p* x: D
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
- I' R* N/ M( }( U2 s1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
; y" m3 J6 ?& Tjuice of 1 lemon* 1 0 C0 ~; ^( G! O. w+ j! S9 z8 d

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool." a) J& s" p& R9 X
