院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享5 s, d4 i, ?4 R' a& b0 L; @% o% u

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

9 B, _3 Z9 W! o5 T& g3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ' P& O3 T# e: V f
1 cup water 250 ml
6 Z' l# X1 t. n$ _+ S2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
2 G+ o) ^* [$ |! z1 E% ?# C1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 8 N$ C, K, Y! ^
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ) K% g9 P% @5 v+ V7 _& @
6 ?7 \" `. Q* F" I" i/ r6 zPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
