院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

6 o, t% e, s3 `8 I/ W1 r" W$ @0 A6 Q+ K1 cup water 250 ml
; V5 J ^& l$ k& l3 x5 r2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ( c% F3 H' r c( k2 V
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
. e/ K0 L7 j- n B/ D: G* b1 cjuice of 1 lemon* 1 . t$ Q' B# ?' G
! f ~7 C8 D8 M0 i# ~' yPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
