3 cups saskatoons 750 ml . `' p$ `6 m. D# X( {/ ] Y9 ^
1 cup water 250 ml . P1 `) g+ {" {9 I
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
4 P# j2 M! m1 }/ f1 D( j; z' I1/2 cup sugar 125 ml z7 |; R9 h( P! b) |' ]% C
juice of 1 lemon* 1 * y# T# O) w) d; m* m+ n

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool., g5 u: S& G9 _3 \
