院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享7 @- c/ H j# J7 {# E# V. F3 ]

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ) ^+ U! ]" n9 D+ ]
1 cup water 250 ml # c2 W- G9 Y" e4 }
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 5 e+ ^: h6 Y/ a* }, [6 m. T
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 6 ~3 f M# ]2 l6 b; l
juice of 1 lemon* 1 9 W2 F' E4 _* Q* h

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.$ E' `& g* k% h/ `& r# J9 g
