院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享5 s- b2 n- y9 S+ H1 f: q, h

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
0 ]+ i# h# d2 x u* H1 cup water 250 ml
( E9 y _$ ~$ I1 [3 Z0 p2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml O- p' x& U H
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 8 j" u& `4 }7 X1 x( g
juice of 1 lemon* 1

5 h& W8 ~3 t7 y. z; iPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
