The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.) We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.- k) p' b! \% A# O( Z

/ P6 t% M% |" r) v1 y& T; X2 Z8 BPosition Summary/ u% U7 L; N: \% _' W
/ y/ b* f$ B' I6 C8 v2 @  i
•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations - |/ m! N1 q; O
•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
. B7 Q, W2 c6 D" ~) M•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 1 N9 _# m7 R6 c
•        Promoting TBL products and services + R: S4 s8 r& B; _# s1 w
•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance , d: ^- u1 {* g& f# H
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
) b) T4 M# o9 n* J3 d6 E6 R/ H3 l•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta   F* Y; Z6 W5 i
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
/ L/ x9 `% i# h•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program
% M8 W. \) }0 \1 P0 T! n•        Arranging catering for various meetings
, \7 }6 Q/ v3 _/ y1 C- |& _" T•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

1 E: F: f8 ]  \6 u* [$ {" C•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience 4 ^5 E& W6 A! z6 B/ s
•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
  v: O- S% X; v5 a8 Q$ {•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
! x3 b1 B1 E* {# c0 O
$ N  o% ?& Z3 P: q/ T  v7 mSkills/ `8 r# l+ h9 O" o. |5 g
3 x0 ]- ?( M* `! K3 |6 Z9 X8 p& v. b
        Strong work ethic- Z+ V, A* O/ T
        Professional, diplomatic and  self-starter6 d# U6 g, B; d# g+ C# Z& o8 G4 n4 p
        Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization; L# J; ]' ?2 U9 N( W4 B

        Continuous learning is essential to perform job effectively
