The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.4 e$ B, r$ p- f6 ~  z! We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

Position Summary
1 [$ j: D8 H9 m1 _! Y8 o- c+ n% u2 d
7 ]7 B. ?4 {; Y& H' z$ g. l5 _•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
) d- g" }% ]3 z6 l9 e- C•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
) @) p: a1 Z" _+ H/ Q0 N3 A7 Q•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
  T3 }% c6 t) s5 Z3 ]•        Promoting TBL products and services
5 r) p; S2 _/ b: J) K4 O•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 6 Q+ [% }# ?" z, V0 X. L: g- x
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
2 a5 Z( i- E8 u# `2 F•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 4 V) h5 D- p% V7 ^( \
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry" R" ~6 Z4 q: d* Y7 V
•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience
( B! J+ U+ A" {" D; O/ }3 W# D* x
•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
' R( R6 W& i9 S+ ^& i•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
6 K4 x! t' I( j! ~& _# u9 f•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.' b$ O$ Y: A* F. c% S/ e

' I+ R" @' g( j, X, ?        Professional, diplomatic and  self-starter

        Problem solving skills to define problems and recommend practical solutions' ?& O: S: F1 |% f2 Q
        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
