skills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded
, O n, V \% Q9 p- bprogram combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work
, k& P K8 X2 [1 m' R* i0 yexperience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as
& K5 I% p* w0 c4 Fwarehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food7 m4 E# Y: c, I; N Q1 ~

Candidate Profile:

- j5 @4 c: W8 z, RCandidates for this funded program must be landed immigrants, Canadian
$ _8 w4 E! C6 l5 b5 \: f" wcitizens or refugees who are eligible to work in Canada and who have:& h% t$ u4 |, q, n. z9 d, K5 Q
* English communication skills in the 4 - 6 range on CLB
: H/ E9 a! f. c$ {6 h( h J* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-
! X( f3 {7 W! }# P4 Psecondary education
