Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:

$ b2 c' n9 L2 n; b* z1 e. R, cControl panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)

7 z8 Q* L  ~& `3 E1 }( G% c$ MA "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.

6 I' c( _  p+ @% |! ZI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

+ V5 ?9 C# v9 i" V' Z* fI think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

xp应该有很多中文输入键盘格式可以选，你选的哪一种?
