有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

. a) Z" Q( D$ P0 A6 ^; c5 k6 ZIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

$ \/ D0 `4 i0 g, G! |" V中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
/ D4 E1 O( Z' wThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
Ask the patient to smile
   
) }& U! }, w: E3 p6 G8 IT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
, X( G( F: u2 X3 {2 E/ {% @- bRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
' O2 X9 f3 K  V0 u，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

& Z  _) \. S& R% |& R1 U: OR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
) T) |# A" R  A  eAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
$ c9 R( n; f: F  S   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
; c5 |0 |. P  Y0 r2 T5 lOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
  Q# w% N" o& u3 O; n; q0 |   
& H/ e' K- B- [8 o7 N! W9 e9 y& l) K上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

% D; t1 K3 q- D5 s6 N3 v心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
