有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

But she reassured that nothing's wrong with herself, except having fallen down due stepping on a piece of brick in a pair of new shoes.

) u! o: h; C- n4 d. e4 f( \+ fIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
# T5 v4 H6 Y( T5 J( r/ e+ R2 L  l中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
   
9 H- L- ~3 A% J0 u) o) b就可以辨識中風：

) p, u5 C& |4 ?$ p6 hS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
: L, ]+ b8 R. [! R, f3 m1 EAsk the patient to smile

* i* _! }; M  }. g1 q7 Z# JT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
+ c3 d/ ]- j0 }6 T5 V9 tRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
$ L+ ?3 |8 `6 l( u8 [' k: J, A，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
- r; r. n9 J8 K) y, ^Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
9 b: a( r3 Z% q   
7 C9 w% F' f+ ?7 l& W1 t注意 Note：
& _( D7 M1 ^& V& b另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
/ }! P; V$ z/ @5 z. O   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
3 o" V5 b& r8 X3 k3 NAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
/ S6 p/ O+ p0 |. m9 @: _' K8 i' U2 l心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
