有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，

不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

. U6 ~6 Z" `' J0 j0 |4 [身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
4 {( ^6 i! Y0 P* A0 D   
中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
! \; }# i/ I4 Q; HThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
( Z7 O" w; j( b4 x! I醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
9 }: I8 I9 s) M8 L0 j) dA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

9 r7 H7 {3 b4 L& v6 c就可以辨識中風：

Ask the patient to smile
   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
# F/ W% t# M! V7 U9 W3 ^/ ARequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
# p* e7 x( c( y+ M. |5 x% j! u5 l* Z，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
/ W/ d0 X/ k% }Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
# x% o+ H+ [6 j: s3 x   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
9 s7 ^+ F$ ^6 ?: V% N0 p   
3 C) C& K) _& E6 F: i5 t6 L上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
2 @/ w" a- q* T$ c2 H. BAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

7 u- S7 i. l5 C# J- R前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。

好像中风和head trauma有本质的区别，但是无论如何，脑袋出问题，可不是小问题
