How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?4 a' I$ X( x; ~0 Y& O+ h; F8 @

1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it; * C) X% i' Z5 d0 j) o( r
2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;
! b, b H% J* G- w7 ~3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;/ J' z+ J$ J& T4 [/ s
4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;
5 i8 d; T( v+ X5 `- y5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips;2 s* Z, @. u0 c, r' j f: }
6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).' H' G- O2 L2 u. A! g- G5 @9 n

And another vital important point: DO NOT try to below those chips out! Most likely you will just below your mess everywhere, including your precious eyes.
