请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

. d; S& }( N5 L: b( ?* R" f前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

6 c+ W3 |) \; l! l请教：

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

- s4 {$ Y8 x+ H& h" q3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？
