一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

% ~# ]1 r- Q( d& ~, s$ u前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

) \6 ~& E9 u+ J请教：

1 `  s9 O) {. ?! v9 V0 c1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

) q3 l: t: z* K- C/ ?' |3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
road test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
! d3 {7 J$ X) c1 U/ y1 conce your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
