一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

7 I  P: k0 _  v9 k! E! N前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：

+ d1 h. L2 n9 E* K1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？
4 R1 K% y! C2 Y0 D0 t1 M, g8 S6 O: u
2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
road test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.

driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
