3 j( u2 b( i! LThe City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw ; I8 l) z3 H6 k3 O
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
8 y/ q* b! M8 f/ y9 s; W9 u; AThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
/ f. ^( ?$ N$ G1 vCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
k' o0 d/ n8 h" F# F7 _% r2 j LCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
