edmonton目前的房价到底跌了多少,

个人感觉
最近两季度独立房的价格跌幅在15%左右。
全年跌幅要大于25%。

回大家询问，离06年初还有距离，按去年最高点计算，下跌28％，不是35％，计算基点有误，抱歉。但现在看来可能还是买高了，感觉价格可能真的会到05年底，06年初的水平。因为石油公司准备过冬了，石油产业链条上的一系列的公司将会收到影响，公司已经开过会了，Edmonton受的影响非常大。我可能还是买高了。

真是遗憾，房子跟股票一样，永远买不到最低点。

有的甚至已经超过30%，主要是看地理位置，周围环境，配套设施等相关因素。个人觉得现在也是个机会，很少有人能抄到谷底的。现在加币贬值，人民币升值，也是一个机会。希望有人别用板砖砸我。

Don't be sad. You must have got a very good mortgage rate, such as prime-0.75 or so, then you can save $10000-30000 or more in 5 years plan depending on the money you borrowed. So you still got a good deal.
