Major Responsibilities:

, Y* Y, c: V! o2 Y4 N6 g0 CGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

- A- y6 z8 H- ?6 w% QAccounting and Admin:
* C( M. ^( m! _8 ]; J6 Qo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
p5 t7 d( p/ N% y, k2 I% ^( ~$ m& mo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
! |% B* s0 `( w+ p* z, @" ?o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.$ u. x% O! ]( w" ]' _2 r" ?! I
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
% u" Y8 ]% `5 Z! No Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
3 P) ^2 g7 J+ t) q! z; k9 @# j8 m& Io Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
$ B, ^: ^+ H$ R6 [o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
! \1 ]* r7 z6 Z- xo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization., v, C; ^: c' x3 N
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
9 ?: G: E$ I5 W; \Operational:
& J- C+ v5 N/ C1 {o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.9 o+ k1 C( `8 w5 z4 y. ^4 u# F3 E: l+ A
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
9 B: w/ n/ Z4 w$ Qo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer./ G) Z) l% w& T8 p0 J5 B% N) P
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles." ^! o' X C9 b! i: Y5 X
Clerical:/ J$ {2 ~: J7 S! `6 f7 G
o Telephone and reception.
t! e$ s" N- p. S/ \/ |0 I- |o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.7 l! @5 s! M, @ @5 K( K' J
o Hotel and travel bookings., g7 C' _6 u7 F9 u i5 `, c
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary., E, f. E& C8 E9 s$ I+ D2 U; [( z. l
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
