Major Responsibilities: + U( `* L4 {8 H0 h$ w7 @7 T5 t
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
" w: @& M. E' ]  e& S  g1 i9 A* T•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
  ^6 F2 _! K, v•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  ! t( n; @" b1 P, D
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office./ g7 q- Q3 Y  j6 p
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.) `  }8 u) F5 J* u/ K0 n' Y
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
6 x" j8 `3 i7 r& ?4 m5 u7 k3 e•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.9 g. y1 y; c' O- h
•        Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.
% i, p  T7 Z0 p  ~0 C•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
* K+ n+ g1 o2 G•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.% D9 W1 Q" O. w# r6 o
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.
