Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.

) J7 A) y/ ^' dDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
1 ~9 A" O+ K( a. S' J" l9 Q$ [I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
