烤蛋糕

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)

• 4 eggs, well beaten+ p- Y, ^ ]5 [: i2 q* i7 F

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
# @7 ], v+ A: z) \3 l& \Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
& [& E: \, s8 |; UBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
