烤蛋糕

• 1/2 cup butter , K8 b+ ^' L* Z7 t1 B6 s7 i
• 1 cup sugar 0 Z& R' h# ?: b' @
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
: T0 J" `/ X1 u• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)5 }7 H l* t6 q0 {! b: A) K
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder # w8 }1 w1 m5 u0 v$ I, A! l {8 r
• 4 eggs, well beaten

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.

Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
