这个区不错。同样的新房，估计在Builder那儿新建要65万以上，建好还得等1年多。有条件的同学可以看看。

There is nothing but pure crap on Comfree now.

# Q3 _* k- q' _. r6 s1 D! L  }- pI recognize the layout of this house. It's called "New Castle", built by Mac & Mitch. You can choose the same spec home from the builder for $520k as of now. Why buy it from a flipper for $600k?

大多数builder,实木地板都属于upgrade的。

Can't you read English? I have stated the builder already.

The base model is $520k. This one is an expanded version (mostly extra room on the garage) of  the NewCastle model. You can contact the builder and ask for a quote, if you are really interested.

+ }9 i$ N) v6 y6 hI have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.

$ k" t$ W$ p# R( K1 b2 TI just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

Currently, the only deals are on the MLS, not Comfree.

529.2 平米 的 Lot Size上 建了 2419 尺 的房子，估计没什么院子了吧。

亚省虽富，但分配不公，房版成了渲泄愤怒的场所。卖房者一向受到攻击。但和其他地区房版的粗言秽语相比，争论双方尚可算君子，淑女。
