Yes, the tricky part is, lots of people voted Mar as the only choice, and lots of Allison supporter also voted Mar as second choice.
In that case, I think it might put Mar in a better position

if horner's second choice go to allison more. thing will be very complex. if mar couldn't pass 50 percent.
