Do you beleive that Indian owns 11 houses when he is only around 30 years old? Where did he get money from? + s: h( M% x# _8 Z/ `: WIt is true the people who bought a house 2 years ago are smiling. But I am not sure if people who bought house 2 months ago are smiling and how long they will smile for. There are a lot of people smiling in this crazy market, but I believe there will be a lot of people crying in the future. The market will run its course.

People who bought houses in Jan of 2007 smile loudly and they will smile as long as they continue own the houses.; h3 K6 l: c2 f: {' E
! x0 n6 a5 F9 OYou don't believe that indian guy. I do. Looking around, I can find lots of people like him. Where did they get money from? from saving, from bank, from capital gain, from equity gain, from drug trade, from things you can't imagine....however, it is true.
I expect some people will cry by the end of year 2009. $ g* P1 f8 U4 F _; K3 y7 WIt will be interesting to watch how the market evolves and how high the house prices can reach. Let us wait and see.; t' Z8 s1 F$ M; v( |
