Through education and the interpretation of evidence-based healthcare practices and processes the ET Registered Nurse (ET RN) provides practice supports, consultation services, client and caregiver education, collaborative care options and staff mentorship all as they relate to, continence, ostomy, wound and skin care, edema management and negative pressure wound therapy. The ET RN working in the Home Living Program in the Edmonton Zone utilizes the nursing process, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills to provide care related to individuals, families, groups and communities across the life span and through the optimization of their full scope of practice.0 {' x4 \3 j4 D
