$ N# Q- l6 A. b/ Ccarefully at how issues like UBB affect the big picture. We will be
" x6 }2 h% [) cguided by our long-standing policies of encouraging competition and6 p4 f; a/ K( l& r& ]1 I7 [% ]6 n" W6 a
investment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing4 z' c! m; A$ k, ~" T# }7 q- d

any decision counter to these foundational principles be reversed.
