Wow. In edmonton, if we're talking about academics, then it is definitely going to be in the following order2 p) m: m9 ^. O c* ~

( R/ t3 n0 M+ Y# R/ |Anyways, besides Strathcona being well known for sports, I have never really heard of it being well known for other attributes... Yes there is an AP program, but as far as I know, IB (as offered by Harry Ainlay) is still more renowned. Also... Harry Ainlay has a french immersion program. :)( V1 y: ?( d8 Z4 g( ?0 W0 }

. P2 P2 A7 r& i$ aVic Comp used to be attractive for "artsy students", but now, the new Lillian Osbourne has taken its ranks for being an artsy school...8 `( ~. ]! j; z: e, w

Otherwise, I still consider Old Scona and Harry Ainlay some of the better schools around in terms of academics :)

7 }/ B6 S3 v7 x$ oLike I said, I graduated from high school a few years ago, maybe rankings have changed. But when I was in high school, this is what the schools I previously named above were well-known for. Hope this helped! |
