Wow. In edmonton, if we're talking about academics, then it is definitely going to be in the following order! p4 a5 `7 h, r! W3 G! k

2) Harry Ainlay

# K% {5 H4 y d0 ]+ g. J2 QStrathcona is more known for being a "jock" school - in other words, very athletic. It was also more populated with caucasians... I don't know if that's changed in the last 4/5 years... maybe there are more asians there now? Don't know. 8 j( I) C$ J% }

Anyways, besides Strathcona being well known for sports, I have never really heard of it being well known for other attributes... Yes there is an AP program, but as far as I know, IB (as offered by Harry Ainlay) is still more renowned. Also... Harry Ainlay has a french immersion program. :)) `. y6 w* }% x& A% d# h! |% u& R

* t4 w+ [( d. b! VVic Comp used to be attractive for "artsy students", but now, the new Lillian Osbourne has taken its ranks for being an artsy school...

. K; q5 O: b [; j3 @9 c* QOtherwise, I still consider Old Scona and Harry Ainlay some of the better schools around in terms of academics :)
