JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 8 O5 D% }/ S J$ F' d9 b, r
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, V @1 e3 ^8 A: L1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning % l4 i4 H' Q2 \/ ?- C ~% d: c/ l `0 u
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.6 l( ~, e) |+ Y. S, J9 Q( ~- F
* N( k/ F7 O/ j3 C
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including " g) c& s, P3 n* S8 N
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
) @: h1 d, `7 n/ v& t3 u' R+ j6 l9 D- m
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
3 \7 `1 p; O$ p- qcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and ) g, l2 m+ v2 H+ j. R: V8 ?: `1 Z/ Z
keeping appropriate and accurate records.$ E8 t% f& h: i% L! R$ U6 X5 P( M

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
