Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 1 E2 {: {0 l( S3 h0 V) ^9 B
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 j9 u' ]# U& B9 n3 I. ?4 u1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
7 e1 S h6 Y2 ]of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
% t' D$ I. y* g- Q4 U/ M8 ]' S6 {$ }+ o ^9 t- m, f6 [
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
8 w5 `- m( m3 eprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3 ^3 t2 S X8 v8 g: w+ X3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of & o6 v6 J; C% d: i+ |
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
9 I0 n! d! y1 \( [6 Tkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

; j; T0 e3 j9 O4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, , g/ @' U" ^! `* a3 e
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
) L3 Y' c: _5 U3 m- v2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
$ V s" K6 W+ Z3 ]0 d) W6 h3 nskills.

+ Z% g1 }6 W" g. z3 [3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful./ u! V y# T8 l) v
) F8 k, e/ B/ U/ y5 x9 L4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
