JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

8 {3 P6 }1 ]! P* H4 qSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:! k, `$ O: g: I' j5 {) j8 y L" W
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
6 i4 F+ J% S1 Q3 l. r9 v: ~of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing. k4 Y- E* a+ c( |8 m5 ^

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including . ^' k3 @( _( G: ^" z# D% l- o
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.4 J9 F* K7 {( E4 A8 j( M' I
+ l8 @! ~; k. w& ^% H( S
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 7 O, s: H4 ?( f, B0 V
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.$ a! E& t' I+ b2 ^) M

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
