; @0 A3 U7 l+ X: `- Z: j# JDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:, ~8 |7 S4 v! g, J" h: Z) x& r: x
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
" m- c( c, W" C+ Z) ?of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.: b" t6 z6 A g
- ^# x2 P+ f: O2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
5 k! a% ]4 K, S5 cprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.2 d, E$ q1 A/ ]' T& _
. w. z( b2 \$ @7 F' [3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of $ L) ~- |, a( X) d5 R2 W. K
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and + K! V; Q5 k8 V. f
keeping appropriate and accurate records.7 \: ~4 G& N- A& c6 N: Q

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment `$ H# ^1 M8 K. d! X: T
failures to the Operations Manager.+ A+ }, U, @: D. n1 J4 C( D
2 l t0 c' B3 N3 k5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 6 o' x0 X/ |) K. D# E* @2 W$ S% E, e
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.& w! u0 H- `& g9 h& d3 d1 D

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
