' n' w9 `' \( i, Q9 m, K/ C% [SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
- F$ ]- J' J5 K+ Y" T9 {# LSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 7 s0 Z2 D: y# ^% c O9 W; p ?
of Course Pack production.

6 W) X( X; N: Q0 p" J7 s5 Y$ ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:& B. f9 [) e# P' m# a
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
+ Y, @5 N. \& J" qof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing. w/ ^0 F& K1 d( e; O6 ^
9 u, t$ Z" D' N+ b
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including * y$ b; g/ o; F' R# X/ _
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 0 t+ o) q4 N/ b: A
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
& K/ N' x! ?1 k/ u, E. Ikeeping appropriate and accurate records." e, N b' n! S H* F

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment * y8 G# F" `+ p9 N; y8 r5 v0 u! W; h
failures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.

6 N- k3 w+ g* S5 P' _3 j; u3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
