Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, m1 s: \5 x# n) s- g2 J$ X) n1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning + C5 K G" M7 K
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
" F T+ `) d! C/ Q
+ m) R$ i$ d2 V' ^- R2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
' s8 X! f. H& @) gprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
3 U+ {, f3 Z% c! N. r6 V5 u1 ~1 t7 C: K- q6 {: i6 l0 y
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
) c3 h6 d8 j* A0 g2 w- u; A' C1 gcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
* _" [" N" b$ p6 { L! f& E; A$ M {keeping appropriate and accurate records.8 T/ p2 b0 `' z
7 }5 M* a- p# j5 r% w2 i4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
' E) _. \9 I) J" ?( W' {failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 5 c! d3 k: C! P9 R- c, ?
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
+ d" E3 Q7 b" Q( b& bskills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.$ u7 n9 z2 C6 ?8 r3 v. ]" |. t. p! l
