It looks like you guys are all rich and look at only five years rate. If I am buying house I have to look at 20-25 years rate because I can not afford to pay off such quick as within 5 years.

Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
! ?1 ?) ~! \# R0 }" lthe variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
I do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .

  _1 z& k+ k1 e. h5-year-fix rate mortage does not requrie you to pay all the mortgage in full in 5 years. Only the interest rate is fixed in 5 years. You can choose the term as 25 years or 40 years.
