Royal bank lowered 5 year fix rate yesterday.

It looks like you guys are all rich and look at only five years rate. If I am buying house I have to look at 20-25 years rate because I can not afford to pay off such quick as within 5 years.

看新闻里提到这次降息是暂时的，等7月，9月各大银行提高利率时，贷款利率也会增加。

Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
, ?( t4 `% Z) N7 B5 Mthe variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
. I3 i9 x; ~" e+ {7 h7 gI do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .
