Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need 2 E$ R# z7 a! m9 Y$ _
to pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the 2 f. W" f, c" I& d" s! lrent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
