As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

% O2 g U2 U: w8 n5 P0 c7 RPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes. U( |2 a e( ]4 B9 D
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
