 We are currently seeking a Resident Manager for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

 Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

 Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

 1 N8 h5 Y$ D* |* e$ L  d3 j, E: yCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
 * z+ l5 a* j+ ~8 y' }" jMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

 Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.4 ~/ M7 T( Y( s6 Y

 Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

 Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
