RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
, r) q& @3 _1 M7 ?5 ^• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
+ q. P" ~, i# x5 [3 E5 M' ~   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
2 X2 t9 f! |9 B$ x: k   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
6 e) K$ R* _6 S; B. z6 g   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
( W1 s; A" `/ b  ~- ~   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
* e+ Q' w, Y0 I. O8 a, O   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

$ |) o0 w7 A' Q, j+ K• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
3 g/ j  N$ W$ S" P4 _/ I! Wplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
0 ~$ R4 [2 j- _3 S( W• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

7 Y# o! L  W( n9 g6 m8 S9 ~6 ~• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
+ k9 I6 x* w( L/ W4 I# b• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

7 K- m0 k2 v& }- d( b+ t1 l0 d• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
