• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:

o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003- F# w' \0 a# D9 L; l
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000: \( z4 v& i0 H! k
o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003) N W3 o; [$ t' L/ |
o Microsoft Operations Manager1 e! f6 I6 J: D2 q+ T4 @
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions0 L3 ? v( z& \4 ~- O, p1 ~
o Linux based operating systems& T4 \* D, r" [# ~) j# I2 g7 v
o Sun Solaris operating systems
, s) ~/ }4 X4 v3 F; Q o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
5 L$ d j; `) J' ^3 B! b9 K g• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

4 ] T: b& j' F4 z! j, f• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows* k2 u% R: j6 y6 Z8 t9 r# m6 k
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft( s- `5 g. c1 r* a
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005% g0 M5 @: o$ d/ Y, b9 G4 e% v0 g8 C
• Have 4+ years of network design experience3 ]. T4 P) N& u. x
• Have led medium to large sized projects
