SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000

7 a" Q& ?" P: o   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
) G! F  N4 m8 O; b/ q   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
& M  V4 p+ z6 y" D4 k   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
* a  m0 \& B4 x( n/ K• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

( Q+ n& [- p0 `2 I1 W" |: g5 c• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

, Z% }8 N2 G- ?6 H, i, u; w. }• Excellent written and verbal skills

9 t; Z, u3 z* Q• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
% L7 |1 L$ N' N5 S& L* m   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
. Y6 f4 h: J, G" j/ c( X• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
$ `) m2 n$ _! B5 U• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
