' n6 J3 `% D7 [# A" f! f" c( fSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
1 N" A' A8 |% f• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
( a% U; x0 u0 r- N   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
4 s5 |) t: U9 N' X3 v' e   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
+ E0 H5 k9 k2 T2 |   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
; j+ A) }. _8 D% F8 Z; I7 y7 K• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
2 n/ F3 q: X  N0 l8 Z• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
+ o, i, D% k) i( @3 k# P4 z! `platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
  U9 P0 C* A! x0 r0 W3 ^2 RSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

( Z7 ^3 z- e7 ]3 M4 b$ d0 B• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
( C( o* L. `- W• Excellent written and verbal skills
0 T8 Y+ P/ x) v4 {2 \* M• Ability to work in a team environment
/ J  T( R" H$ \- B% g• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
/ G' d, A/ Y/ n3 H9 v, u# {8 f   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
, e9 ^* u/ ?1 x4 L   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
" l  {5 C7 ~: R# v3 a" X• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
2 d. w6 t' U' x$ r1 X' U9 M• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
) f; U( b# \3 I+ @; s  \/ X& u• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
