• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
: `; O5 S3 Z4 b o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003/ E3 \, m% f1 J# C, U3 [* T$ q) J( g' w: v
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 20034 v( A9 l4 @3 ^. H6 I: b& i
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000

1 H1 b" x$ a/ _& Z; W6 K o Microsoft Operations Manager

o Linux based operating systems: Q; G B2 S; @: u- X
o Sun Solaris operating systems* K4 |* M3 H6 v1 W' P8 w
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
& ] E1 G- s# s• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
! ?4 p6 J ~( k• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls7 {1 O- t5 g* I0 g7 J
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
/ g- Z" K) l3 j6 [) V# eplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
8 g5 j" q) z/ s, _! Z% a# `. ESMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.' i, J4 l5 w7 l- }
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

• Certification should include some or all of the following:

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
. ]2 h& w" _; G0 v: V7 U• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
; C- d" ?" z! A2 e• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
