SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
: `; O5 S3 Z4 b   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
6 z$ ^/ f0 Y+ G+ w   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
1 H1 b" x$ a/ _& Z; W6 K   o Microsoft Operations Manager
) [" u& }6 x2 j7 ^8 [# D9 |6 f   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
& ]  E1 G- s# s• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
! ?4 p6 J  ~( k• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
/ g- Z" K) l3 j6 [) V# eplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
8 g5 j" q) z/ s, _! Z% a# `. ESMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
" T' }# Z: W# d4 y# [• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
! W$ n7 k3 v. }• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
/ B2 F4 a. H" k& V) {• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
) H$ g" X" I9 W( i# Z& W7 D8 q   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
8 R* z( Z7 N8 L7 b1 P3 g   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
0 U  J( T% l+ u1 {! ]7 F3 ]   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
) @* N  H5 c, l+ p  l   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
4 t3 A  n/ W( K) T; T+ u• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
3 B: ^! X8 a* b7 `1 h& [/ u0 r• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
. ]2 h& w" _; G0 v: V7 U• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
; C- d" ?" z! A2 e• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
