2 ~3 d7 @# {  b6 ^& |• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
( k- `: q0 d* A  I2 o$ Q/ J9 [! p' {   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
/ f9 L' W0 J0 |  D$ q! ~" W   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
( ^7 A. v  `* F0 t; ]) |   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
/ o5 w& L" a% X$ o2 J: u- j: L) P4 P   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
. C% H7 r4 w6 X( F   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
7 z2 T9 ^5 @! @4 y# y: O/ v' A9 J   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
+ c1 I, J7 A4 Y5 X6 A   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
# e3 z/ z2 ^2 g/ ?• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
4 g: d; j* h7 H8 {% `9 I* i6 w• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
4 B1 L' Q/ ?5 ~8 ]• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
; \$ ?1 z* G( U• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
% M5 d# d  `; ~( U   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
* b' m& V& G( F+ j( P   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
. Q) D0 X! A( b& C% C   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
! v6 {  v9 J8 K4 i! `• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
7 l% S6 o3 b8 L• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
5 I6 t+ a1 u- t9 w; _6 n• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
# F3 _9 ?# ]0 Q6 X+ m• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
