SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
6 q5 T9 w4 c  l) d5 x   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
, s) ~/ }4 X4 v3 F; Q   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
5 L$ d  j; `) J' ^3 B! b9 K  g• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
; A5 R* m* H6 G; S. W! P7 G  p• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
4 ]  T: b& j' F4 z! j, f• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

7 o- A  K7 h; P5 T0 e4 D# F• Certification should include some or all of the following:

. [( q' g) }3 x  M+ u; _/ g" t   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
8 t0 `( |, P5 s; Z: c8 B   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
4 N0 T6 t4 M1 d, j   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
& f/ H# o7 O# _: d9 J• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
. c: u0 O9 g) w% c9 y• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
