7 A0 B8 b$ b3 o8 S0 w伊朗与沙特不同， 伊朗在油价超过100的前几年被制裁，石油禁止出口。而沙特等OPEC国家则赚得满盘满钵，虽然过去三年亏本，但还是财大气粗。所以OPEC内部也矛盾尖锐， 各国态度180度转弯。大家也知道开始时， 伊朗是反对减产的。

过去赚得满盘满钵的沙特，现在见到美国的血腥味了， 看样子是不会轻易放下屠刀了。

It must be noted that at the end of Apr, the state’s total number of producing wells numbered 13,717, a new all-time high.

-------这个58块的成本，应该还在持续增加。因为再过两年，新井也变老井了。另据工会得到的消息，美国已经出现技工荒了。

真能断章取义，通篇文章那个地方告诉你了页岩油是因为本身特性导致产量下降的？而且你考虑过新开油井的影响？难道从2014年其就没有新开的油井了，这些冲抵下降产量你计算了？！！
