求解：谁了解这几栋新楼？

突然发现在southgate 附近的 ua 的麦子地对面盖了不少好像是三四层的小楼, 这是往外卖的还是开发商专门用来出租的？原来是个大park, 现在突然冒出这么多楼来，是不是对附近的独立房分房价有不利影响？

以前是公园，现在盖起来房子，对周围原来的独立房肯定有影响，对原来的房子是不是很不公平？没人去政府那里反映情况吗？

政府把區劃一改就什麼問題都沒了，過去是什麼和現在是什麼半毛關係都沒有了。
